The Hartworks blog was hacked.

If you have a Wordpress blog, be sure your file permissions are set correctly. Mine were too open. someone put a bunch of invisible spammy links in my header file. They also made it impossible for me to post to the blog.

Luckily, this blog was more of a hobby for me than a serious business. I did manage to save the pages and might put some of this back up sometime. But I have other projects going right now that are far more important to me.

WP Security Scan is a free plugin for Wordpress blogs that probably would have kept this blog from being hacked. Google the name and you can find where to get it.

(I know that the menu still points to the blog. I will do something about that.)
